Shipping

✦Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India.
✦Shipping is free for most sarees. A small shipping charge applies to certain products — this is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment, so there are never surprise costs.
✦You will receive dispatch and tracking updates on WhatsApp.

✦We do not accept returns. Every saree is hand-inspected and quality checked before dispatch.
✦Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and the nature of handloom dyes — this is part of each piece's character, not a defect.
✦Unsure about a colour or fabric? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we will gladly send additional photos or videos of the saree.
✦If your order arrives damaged in transit, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

✦Cotton and Sungudi sarees: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, dry in shade, iron on medium heat.
✦Mul cotton: machine wash on gentle cycle; avoid wringing.
✦Sarees with zari borders (Kalyani, Narayanpeth): dry clean recommended; store folded with tissue paper and avoid direct sunlight.
✦Viscose georgette: gentle hand wash in cold water or dry clean; hang dry without wringing.
